Dowd Law charges a flat fee for handling your business formation, which includes a consultation with the attorney to ask questions, review all the entity documents, and explain your responsibilities. The corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, etc… that we set up for you will also include a company or corporate book, a company or corporate seal, stock certificates or membership certificates, organizational minutes, bylaws or operating agreements, the federal employer identification number (FEIN), and form 2553 if you are setting up your corporation or LLC to be taxed as a subchapter S corporation.
