Contracts and Leases Reviewed .............$200/hr
Document Review - Typically the attorney can thoroughly review 8-12 pages per hour - the
amount of time actually needed will depend upon the size of paper, font, spacing, margins,
the quality of the document - poorly drafted documents (usually written by non-attorneys)
and documents that are very wordy, usually take longer to review. Consultation with the
client regarding the contract usually takes between 8½ hour and 2 hours, depending on the
circumstances.
Contracts and Leases Drafted ..................$200/hr
Document Drafting - Most contracts take between two (2) and five (5) hours depending upon
the complexity of the subject matter, and the requests of the parties for whom the document
is drafted. Numerous consultations and/or changes will likely increase the time spent. If all
terms to the contract have not yet been agreed upon and the client is requesting that we be
involved in the negotiations, the time requirements will be directly related to the involvement
our office has in the negotiations.
